Returns and Exchanges

Sometimes you won’t be delighted with Truede products for any reason and that’s completely okay. Thanks for trying us out in the first place! We’d like to let you know about the Truede returns process: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, or 30 calendar days if the item is faulty. Just send us the item in its original packaging with proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive your item, we’ll notify you and inspect the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it or an otherwise reasonable expectation of use. If your return is approved, then we’ll either exchange the item or give you a full refund.
