Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help. Email us at sales@truede.com

 

We aim to process all orders as quickly as efficiently as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries in the following circumstances:

 

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Unclear address information

 

How is my order packaged?

We double check our products twice for best before dates, cracks or other damages and broken seals before sending them to you.

They are posted in bubble wrapped envelopes and cardboard sleeves to prevent bending with fragile/breakable stickers on each envelope.

We do our best to prevent damage to chocolate spoons however we appreciate your understanding that the nature of the product means sometimes inevitable cracks or otherwise breakages may occur.

 

If you have any concerns regarding the products you have received, then please consult our returns policy before contacting us.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Sometimes you won’t be delighted with Truede products for any reason and that’s completely okay. Thanks for trying us out in the first place! We’d like to let you know about the Truede returns process:

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, or 30 calendar days if the item is faulty. Just send us the item in its original packaging with proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

 

Once we receive your item, we’ll notify you and inspect the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it or an otherwise reasonable expectation of use. If your return is approved, then we’ll either exchange the item or give you a full refund.
